You'll first start by filling out a condition assessment of your symptoms, medications, etc. Our clinicians who will determine if the medication is safe for you based on your medical history.

The consultation fee will not be charged it you are not approved.

An expert clinician from RTHM's provider team will review your case and prescribe if appropriate.

If your prescription is approved, you will pay the RTHM Direct assessment fee.

The cost of the medication itself is paid directly at your pharmacy of choice or a partner compounding pharmacy depending on the medication.

You will first receive a prescription for 30 days of medication. During these 30 days you will be instructed to taper up dosage to find the dose that works best for you.

Once you have taken your medication for at least 3 weeks, you will complete a refill assessment to update our clinicians on how the medication is working for you.

Our clinicians will review your refill assessment and prescribe the remaining 60 days of your medication at the dose that worked best for you.

Hurray! The medication is working! Come back to RTHM Direct every 90 days to complete a medication renewal assessment. You will have to pay the assessment fee every 90 days to get your prescription renewed.

Our clinicians will ensure that any changes in your care are reflected and it is still safe for your to take the medication.
