FAQ

  • If you filled out the questionnaire and did not receive a prescription, RTHM Direct medical providers determined that the specific medication did not meet your health care needs at this time. If you have specific questions, you can contact a provider through your dashboard.

  • If you have any questions or concerns about your prescription, contact us via your RTHM Direct dashboard.

  • If you have any questions or concerns to customer service, contact us via your RTHM Direct dashboard or send us an inquiry through the RTHM Direct knowledge base.

  • RTHM Direct is unable to refund your prescription medication as it is provided by your pharmacy. Please reach out directly to RTHM Direct support if you believe you should be refunded for your medical assessment.

  • There is no cost to access RTHM Direct and you will only be charged if your assessment recommends a prescription medication. Once a prescription is sent to a pharmacy, you will be charged the $49-$59 consultation fee from RTHM Direct.

  • RTHM Direct does not require an appointment with a provider or pharmacist. A certified clinician will review the information you have provided in your assessment and decide whether a medication is appropriate for you.

  • Current medications available through RTHM Direct include low-dose naltrexone, propranolol, metformin, ketotifen, and pyridostigmine. With ivabradine, midodrine and ivabradine coming soon.

  • At this moment, we do not have the ability for patients to schedule a recurring order for medications. Most medication flows will provide patients with 90 days worth of supply, although some of them will require the patient to check in on their experience before sending refills to the pharmacy. When your medication begins to run low, simply come back to the dashboard and fill out a new assessment.

  • RTHM Direct has teamed up with medication discount firms to reduce the expense of your prescription drugs. After a healthcare professional evaluates your online health assessment and issues a prescription, you will receive an email with a discount drug card. You can print this card, send it to your phone via text, or download it directly to your device. Present this card to your pharmacist when collecting your prescription and before making a payment. This will allow them to apply a discount to the total cost of your medication, potentially saving you as much as 80% off the standard retail price.

  • No. Your intake form responses will give the clinician the information they need to prescribe a treatment for you. If our providers need additional information, we will reach out to you.
