Oh my gosh, I just started this medication and it makes a HUGE difference! I didn't realize how bad I felt until I felt better. I have POTS & OH and low blood pressure. I’m on midodrine and Ivabradine. My BP has gone from 90/60 or 100/60 to between 110/70 and 115/80. If you’re worried about your BP, buy a BP monitor for home. They are relatively inexpensive. I’ve had no side effects from midodrine other than the occasional scalp tingling. It hasn’t raised my blood pressure drastically. But because my blood pressure has raised, it has increased my heat intolerance.
